This hotel in the heart of Matanzas truly exceeded my expectations. The central location was perfect, with the river just a stone's throw away. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC, ensuring a pleasant stay even on hot days. I also loved browsing the on-site shop for unique souvenirs.

Small rooms, hard old mattress, HOT, air on max felt like 82 degrees, had to ask for a fan to plug in by bed.

The staff was attentive, the hotel was placed in the beautiful building. Perfect for trip. Location, an easy walk to all attractions.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
